For over two decades, Be Discovered has produced inspiring performing arts experiences for dancers worldwide. From New York and Los Angeles to Paris and beyond, our iconic programs blend training, performance, travel, and fun.

Built on a strong foundation in both industry and education, we help talent grow in skills, confidence, professionalism, and stage presence.

Dancers join us to train, explore, or pursue professional opportunities, and every participant is celebrated, challenged, and empowered to shine on and off the stage.

Thousands of dancers from more than 15 countries have been part of the Be Discovered experience, creating a vibrant international community that continues to grow. Many return year after year, building friendships and memories that last a lifetime.

Be Discovered was founded by entertainment industry professional Diana Uribe, whose work has helped launch the careers of performers from around the world. With more than 35 years of experience in talent development, she has built a reputation for connecting emerging talent with industry insiders.

Diana has presented workshops and mentorship sessions for NBA dance teams, Pandora Music, SiriusXM, and leading training institutions globally.

Born in Colombia and raised in Toronto, Canada, she began working at a talent agency as a teenager, learning the ins and outs of the business. She later led her own agency and worked in casting, including on a film starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

After years behind the scenes, Diana recognized the need for real industry access, trusted guidance, and meaningful opportunities. Be Discovered was created to open those doors and continues to inspire performers to think bigger, go further, and experience more.
